IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing training course is designed for managers and supervisors in any organisation, across all industries who are responsible for staff. It gives them the tools and techniques to improve health and wellbeing across your organisation. Delegates aim to leave the course having learned how to recognise a ‘well’ employee and how to help a co-worker return to work after an illness.

- The Healthy Workplace and the health needs assessment
- Health Risk Management – the five health hazard categories
- Fitness for Work and managing fluctuations in people’s health status
- Wellbeing and the benefits of a managed approach
This course aims to raise awareness of mental wellbeing issues.

All our training courses are delivered by IOSH Approved Trainers who have practical experience of conducting external Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Reviews including human factors and staff wellbeing.
Upon successful completion you will receive the IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing certificate supplied by The Institute of Occupational Health and Safety.
Duration: 1 day
Location: Our IOSH approved training centre in Derby City Centre with free car parking or from your company location nationwide.
Cost: £165 plus VAT per delegate which includes IOSH workbooks, certificates and lunch.
